Do I have to register to place an online advert?

Yes. We need to be able to communicate with you if you are placing an advert on the RoR Source A Horse website.

What is the difference between the free standard horse advertising option and £5 feature horse advertising option?

For the £5 feature horse advertising option you will also be able to upload up to 2 videos, and your horse will feature in the Featured Horse Gallery and Horse in the Spotlight on a rotational basis with other adverts under this option, which will increase the exposure of your advert.

How do I make changes to my online advert?

Please contact the RoR Source A Horse office with your changes, E: info@rorsourceahorse.co.uk

How do I upload a video to my advert?

Firstly you will need to have an account with YouTube and upload your video to YouTube. You will then be able to add the link to YouTube when placing your advert and the video will automatically show up within your advert on the RoR Source A Horse site provided you purchased the £5 Featured Horse Advert option.

How long does it take for a new advert to show up on the website?

All adverts submitted online are firstly checked by RoR Source A Horse so please allow up to 3 working days for your advert to show online.

What is your refund policy?

Please be sure to pay extra attention when creating your advert. RoR Source A Horse is not responsible for user errors. If you make a mistake when creating your advert, you can still edit it by contacting RoR, E: info@rorsourceahorse.org.uk. We will not issue refunds for cancelled ads. It is your responsibility to review the advert for all errors and mistakes before placing it on our website. If you have any trouble during the advert placement process or just general questions, please email info@rorsourceahorse.org.uk . Please also refer to our Terms & Conditions

How do I pay for my advert?

Payments are taken via Paypal with your Paypal account or with your credit/debit card, so your information is protected both online and offline.

How long will my advert remain online?

Adverts remain online for 3 months from the date the advert goes live.

How can I renew my advert?

You will need to redo and pay for the advert again.

How do I establish if my former racehorse has raced or not?

The Racing Post website www.racingpost.com lists every UK registered horse that has raced so is a good place to check but for absolute certainty you should contact Weatherbys (T: 01933 440077). RoR Source A Horse will also check when reviewing your advertisement.

How do I refine my search results to find exactly what I am looking for?

If there is a specific word or phrase you have in mind, you can enter it into the search box or click on the Browse Our Horse Categories here where you can narrow your search by price, age and lots of other options.

Who should I contact for further help?
